TO STRENGTHEN THE TIES BETWEEN THE PEOPLES AND THE BROTHERS POLITICAL PARTIES

Senator Julian Francis, General Secretary of the Labor Party (ULP), received Cuban Ambassador Vilma Reyes Valdespino, in the company of Idalmis Brooks Beltrán, Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, on a work visit to San Vicente and the Grenadines.

Idalmis Brooks offered an overview of Cuban news, the role of the Party and youth in the process of transformation and improvement of socialism in Cuba.

CUBAN CHILDREN, RESIDENTS IN SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES, PARTICIPATED IN COMMEMORATION OF THE 140TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PROTEST OF BARAGUÁ.

The Cuban children, residents of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, participated with their parents, Embassy officials, collaborators and Vincentian personalities, in commemorating the 140th anniversary of the Baraguá Protest, one of the essential pages of the country's history, which defines many of the distinctive features of the Cuban nation: rebelliousness, firmness, courage and fidelity to principles.
