The Embassy of Cuba in Sweden celebrates the Day of National Rebellion

Cuba's National Rebellion Day is celebrated in Stockholm Square
Stockholm, July 26, 2022- Solidarity friends and cubans residing in Sweden gathered in the central square of Medborgarplatsen, in Stockholm, to celebrate the Day of National Rebellion.
Ambassador Alba Soto, signified the historical importance of the date, while she thanked those present for all the support and solidarity received for so many years from the people and government of Cuba.

On July 11, one year of the triumph of the Cuban people over the soft coup attempt encouraged by the internal counterrevolution and the US government to overthrow the Cuban Revolution was commemorated.
One year after the resounding victory of the Cuban people over lies, immense shows of solidarity and encouragement to Cuba were added in all parts of the world. Also from several Swedish cities, friends of solidarity and Cuban residents raised their voices to speak out on the matter.

Dear Manolo; comrades who are participating in the Summit of the Peoples;
I was not wrong when I said that I will not be in the Summit of the Americas but the voice of Cuba certainly will.
You are our voice. The Revolution has always had it very clear: wherever governments deprive us from our voice, peoples will be there to represent us, to speak on our behalf.
