The Cuban State Council decrees Official Mourning in Cuba
On the occasion of the catastrophic aviation accident that occurred at noon today, the Council of State of the Republic of Cuba agreed to decree OFFICIAL DUEL from 06:00 on May 19 until 12:00 on the night of May 20.
During the validity of the OFFICIAL DUEL the Flag of the Lone Star shall be hoisted at half mast in public buildings and military institutions.

Port of Spain, May 16th. – A group of Caribbean youth joined by the condition of having graduated from Cuban universities in the last 20 years, met in the Embassy of Cuba in Trinidad with the objective of exchanging with Cuban diplomats about ideas and initiatives that contribute to maintaining the special bonds of friendship and sympathy that unite them with Cuba.
