While addressing the Extraordinary Summit of CELAC, President Miguel Díaz-Canel reiterated Cuba's strong condemnation to the violent invasion of the Ecuadorian authorities at the Mexican Embassy in Quito, and reaffirmed total support and solidarity to President Andrés M. López Obrador, to the Mexican government and the beloved and brotherly people, in the face of the unacceptable transgression of its diplomatic headquarters.
Cuba calls for peace in the Middle East

The Havana Film Festival was inaugurated and dedicated to Latin American cinema with a tribute to Cuban director Nicolás Guillén Landrián (1938-2003) at Hoftra University.
