During the General Assembly debate on agenda item 63, entitled Use of the Veto”, the Permanent Representative of Cuba, Ambassador Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, reiterated that the issue of the veto should not be analyzed separately from the rest of the issues under the mandate of the IGN.
