The U.S. determination to continue NATO’s progressive expansion towards the Russian Federation borders has brought about a scenario with implications of unpredictable scope, which could have been avoided.
United States’ and NATO’s military moves towards regions adjacent to the Russian Federation in recent months, preceded by the delivery of modern weapons to Ukraine, which together conform a military siege, are well known.
Conference of Mayors calls for normalization of US-Cuba ties

The World Conference of Mayors and the Historical Alliance of Black Peoples and Settlements issued a resolution in favor of the normalization of relations between the United States and Cuba.
In addition, they advocated the establishment of links in trade, tourism, technology transfer and training between the towns and cities of both nations and other mayors of the world, which would mean building bridges of goodwill.

Cubans Living Abroad To Participate In Family Code Consultation
On Wednesday, Cuba's Foreign Affairs Ministry Consular Services Director Ernesto Soberon announced that his office enabled an online form for about 1,3 million Cubans living abroad to participate in the citizen consultation of the new Family Code.
“These citizens will be able to comment on the bill articles by entering the website www.nacionesyemigración.cu in such period,” Soberon explained, recalling that a similar exercise was successfully carried out in 2018 when the Constitution draft was discussed.
Cuba to present WHO dossier on anti-Covid-19 vaccines in March
