Pramyla Jayapal: Remove Cuba from terrorist list.

U.S. Congresswoman Pramyla Jayapal advocated removing Cuba from the list of sponsors of terrorism, whose designation, she said, today profoundly limits its capacity to function as a country.

Jayapal, a member of the House of Representatives from the state of Washington, who traveled in February to Havana together with her colleague Ilhan Omar (from Minnesota), gave her considerations in the Save the World Pod, dedicated weekly to the analysis of international issues and foreign policy.

Cuba reiterates commitment to Latin American and Caribbean unity.

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel reiterated today on the social network X his country's unwavering commitment to the integration and unity of Latin America and the Caribbean.

In ratifying his attendance, the President stressed in the X partner network the urgency of further strengthening this integration mechanism, which the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, described as an unprecedented example of revolutionary solidarity.

Cuba and EU discuss cooperation and renewable energies.

Representatives of Cuba and the European Union (EU) installed today in this capital the Subcommittee on Cooperation to evaluate bilateral ties and exchanged criteria on energy transition in the challenging scenario of climate change.

More than 250 members from all continents make up the XVII International Brigade of Voluntary Work and Solidarity with Cuba May 1st, hosted today by the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP).

The members of the 17th May First Brigade, to be held from this Monday until May 4, together with the members of the Ernesto Che Guevara Brigade from Canada, will participate in the celebrations for the International Workers' Day, as it is already traditional, informed the organization.
