The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba expresses its profound concern and categorical rejection of the decision by the Government of the United States to exclude three countries, including Cuba, from the Tenth Summit of the Americas, scheduled for December 4 and 5 in Punta Cana.

This decision constitutes a clear capitulation to the brutal unilateral pressures exerted by the U.S. Secretary of State. 

Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves Welcomes Cuban Collaborators Supporting the Argyle International Airport

Kingstown, 18 de septiembre de 2025 — The Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, on Wednesday welcomed a group of Cuban engineers who have joined the ongoing works to modernize and expand the Argyle International Airport (AIA).

During the meeting, Juan Carlos Quintana, Director General of the Cuban Airports and Air Navigation Services Company (ECASA), assured the Prime Minister that the Cuban specialists will work diligently alongside their Vincentian counterparts to advance the development of the airport.

Arrival of Cuban Engineers for the expansion and modernization project of Argyle International Airport.

Kingstown, September 15, 2025 — A team of five Cuban engineers arrived in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to join the expansion and modernization works at the Argyle International Airport (AIA).

The delegation, led by the director general of the Cuban Airports and Air Services Company (ECASA), Juan Carlos Quintana Gorina, was welcomed at the airport by AIA’s CEO, Josette Greaves, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Carlos Ernesto Rodríguez Etcheverry.

Football Federations of Cuba and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines advance in organizing friendly matches

Kingstown, September 3, 2025 - Cuban Ambassador to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Carlos Ernesto Rodríguez Etcheverry, held a meeting this Monday with the president of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation, Mr. Otashie Spring, to continue coordinating the organization of two friendly matches between the senior national teams of both countries.

Vincentians benefit from Cuban Expertise in Hospitality & Tourism.

Kingstown, August 29, 2025 — The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, in partnership with the Republic of Cuba, held on Thursday the closing ceremony of the Hospitality Technical Mission at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Diamond.

The event marked the successful conclusion of three weeks of practical training delivered by eight Cuban hospitality specialists to Vincentian teachers, instructors, and professionals in the sector.
