The Santo Domingo Church (Dominicuskerk), located in this Dutch city, hosted the commemoration of the 78th anniversary of Nakba Day (catastrophe in Arabic) on Friday, May 15, marking the day when hundreds of thousands of people were expelled from their cities, towns, and villages across most of historic Palestine.

The emotional gathering was attended by Ambassador Eva Yelina Silva Walker and Dr. Enrique Alemán, a Cuban deputy and president of the Cabildo Quisicuaba Socio-Cultural Project Foundation.
