Turkish friends gathered at the headquarters of the Cuba-Türkiye "José Martí" Friendship Association to share in a meeting of solidarity with Cuba. They discussed current events in our country as a result of the tightening of the blockade and the siege of the United States towards the island.

At the meeting, the state of bilateral relations and potentialities for their development were discussed.
This morning, Wednesday, March 13, Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz concluded his official visit to Türkiye with working meetings with H.E. Mr. Mehmet Simsek, Minister of Finance and Treasury, and H.E. Mr. Mehmet Fatih Kacir, Minister of Industries and Technology.
The Vice President of the Republic of Türkiye, Cevdet Yilmaz, received on Tuesday afternoon, March 12, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba, Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz.
During the friendly meeting, Yılmaz and Cabrisas reviewed the positive state of political relations between the two countries and agreed on the importance of promoting and deepening economic, trade, financial and cooperation relations between Havana and Ankara, particularly in areas such as renewable energy, agriculture, livestock, construction, industry, health and tourism.
