Cuban Ambassador visits ACDIMA headquarters in Cairo

Cairo, April 13, 2025. The Cuban Ambassador to Egypt, Alexander Pellicer Moraga, visited this morning the headquarters of the Arab Company for Drugs and Medical Devices Industry (ACDIMA), where he had a fruitful meeting with its President Dr. Olfat Mostafa Ghorab.

The Cuban Head of Mission received an extensive explanation about the institution and its functions within the health system in Egypt. During the meeting, there was an exchange of views on the great potential for establishing cooperation mechanisms in the production and marketing of medicines, as well as the possibility of establishing technology transfer schemes for Cuban products such as Herberprot P.

Cuban Ambassador receives President of the Palestine-Cuba Friendship Association

Cairo, April 7, 2025. The Cuban Ambassador to Egypt, Alexander Pellicer Moraga, received at the headquarters of the Cuban Embassy in this capital, Mr. Mohamed Abu Atwan, President of the Palestine-Cuba Friendship Association.

During the fraternal meeting, they exchanged views on the terrible situation in Palestine today and Israel's total disrespect for international legality and international humanitarian law.

Cuban Ambassador meets with Deputy Minister for the Americas at Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Cairo, March 31, 2025. The Cuban ambassador to Egypt, Alexander Pellicer Moraga, met with the deputy minister in charge of the Americas at the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Sameh Aboul Enein.

During the cordial meeting, the historic relations of friendship and cooperation between Egypt and Cuba and the positive state they are in at present were highlighted. Both diplomats agreed on the need to develop and strengthen economic, trade and cooperation relations in areas of common interest, particularly in the field of health and the biopharmaceutical industry where there is great potential.
