Havana, February 14, 2025.- The Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Cuba, Hon. Mr. Ayele Lire, held a meeting with Mrs. Yudí Mercedes Rodríguez, member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (CCPCC), who participated in the Second Congress of the Ethiopian Prosperity Party (PP).

In this context, the Ambassador of Ethiopia in Havana, H.E Ayelew Lire, held a meeting with the President of the Parliamentary Group of Friendship with Ethiopia, Hon. Mr. Carlos Rafael Fuentes León.
Addis Ababa, February 12, 2025.- The Republic of Cuba, through its representative the Permanent Observer Ambassador of Cuba to the African Union, Lucas Domingo Hernández Polledo, participated as an observer country in the opening session of the 46th Executive Council of the African Union (AU), which took place on February 12, 2025 at the organization's headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Dr. Fidon Mwombeki, visited the Cuban Residence in Ethiopia, where they held talks with the ambassadors of Cuba to Ethiopia and the African Union, Meylin Suárez and Lucas D. Hernández.
