Award to an Ethiopian graduated in Cuba

Addis Ababa, Apr 12 (Prensa Latina) On days like today I'm very grateful of having studied in Cuba since I was a child until university, Ethiopian Civil Engineer Aberra Nigussie, who won an award in his country for the construction of the Lame Diary complex, said on Monday.

I owe my life, my sentiments and values, my performance and professional success to my father Fidel Castro, to my beautiful island and to its entire people, who welcomed me like a son, he told Prensa Latina in perfect Spanish.

The hope of April

Addis Ababa, April 4, 2021.  April has started.  This month, the Young Communist Union of Cuba and the Pioneers Organization "José Marti" arrived to its respective 59 and 60 anniversaries.

The history of both organizations is attached to the development of the Cuban Revolution.  The were protagonists of many years of studies, work and resilience to defend the motherland against internal and foreign threats.

Milllions of Cubans has been proud members of both organizations.

Cuba and Ethiopia reaffirm the will to increase parliamentary ties

At the meeting, both parties highlighted the historical bilateral relations between Cuba and Ethiopia, and agreed on their interest in having this reflected in the expansion and strengthening of ties between the parliaments of both countries.
