The Embassy of Cuba in Iran commemorates the anniversary 66th, of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution

Tehran, December 31, 2024. The members of the Cuban Mission in Iran met at the Cuban diplomatic headquarters to commemorate the 66th anniversary of the Triumph of the Revolution.

The ambassador, Jorge Lefebre Nicolás, exchanged with the group of Cuban diplomats about the main events that occurred in Cuba during 2024 and urged all those present to start a year 2025 with renewed commitments, creativity and optimism, to face the challenges of this new period.

The Ambassador-designate of Cuba to Iran presents copies of his Letters

The ambassador-designate of the Republic of Cuba in Tehran, Jorge Fernando Lefebre Nicolás, presented on Wednesday the Copies of the Letters that accredited him to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Seyed Abbas Araghchi. The Minister offered the Cuban diplomat a cordial welcome and assured him that he will receive all the support in the development of his functions, wishing him many successes in the fulfillment of his mission.

Cuba denounces and warns against indiscriminate Israeli attacks in Damascus and Beirut, including near its diplomatic headquarter

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba condemns, in the strongest terms, the continued air strikes perpetrated by Israeli government forces against the residential areas of Beirut and Damascus, in flagrant violation of International Law, including International Humanitarian Law.

Cuba condemns Israeli attack on Al Mayadeen channel in Lebanon

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez condemned the recent Israeli attack on the facilities of the Arab television network Al Mayadeen in Beirut, Lebanon. Through the social network X, the head of Cuban diplomacy affirmed that the act constitutes a clear violation of International Humanitarian Law. The day before, the Israeli occupying army bombed the Pan-Arab Channel office in the Lebanese capital, which had been evacuated since the beginning of the aggression against Lebanon.
