Cuban Ambassador to Mongolia attended commemorative activities for the centennial aniversary of the first Constitution and the Proclamation of the Republic of this country

The Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, attended the special session of Parliament to commemorate the centennial aniversary of the first Constitution and the Proclamation of the People's Republic of Mongolia in 1924.

The ceremony was attended by the President of the State Great Khural, Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve; the President, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, the Prime Minister, Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai, the Parliamentarians and  Ambasadors, among others.

“The country's Constitution is the most important of laws. It is the law of laws or the supreme law of each nation that must be respected and defended by all citizens and institutions of the country.

The Constitution establishes the most important issues of a country, among others, the sovereign rights over its territory and resources, the structure of the State and government and the rights and duties of its citizens.

Bloomberg TV Mongolia broadcast an interview with the ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, on cooperation opportunities and bilateral relations, after Cuba's participation in the Mining Week Forum in October.

The diplomat argued the potential for cooperation, investments and bilateral business in mining, agriculture, livestock, tourism and Cuban biotechnology for human and animal health and for agriculture.

Ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia met with Scientific Advisor of the Mongolian University of Life Sciences

Cuban Ambassador to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met with Dr. Ganbold Yandag, Sciece Advisor and Project Manager of the Mongolian University of Life Sciences and Director of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine.

They discussed agriculture and livestock in Cuba and Mongolia and some possibilities for bilateral cooperation in both sectors, particularly on Cuban veterinary biotechnological products for the treatment of livestock diseases.
