Cuban Ambassador to Mongolia met with Deputy Director General for the Americas, Middle East and Oceania of the Mongolian Foreign Ministry

The ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met at the Foreign Ministry with the Deputy Director General of the Department for the Americas, Middle East and Oceania, Mr. Battulga Ganbat.

The Cuban diplomat updated him on the severe damage suffered by Cuba and the state of recovery after 4 natural disasters: two hurricanes and two earthquakes that affected our country between October and November.

The event was atended, among others, by the President of CITI University, Dr. Baigalmaa Tsembel, the Director of the José Martí School, Mrs. Tseenkhand Lumben, agricultural scientists and professors from the National University of Mongolia (NUM).

Cuba to hold International Conference for the Decade of People of African Descent from December 9 to 13, 2024

The International Conference Cuba 2024, Decade of People of African Descent, Equality – Equity – Social Justice, will be held in Havana and Matanzas. The extensive program of this event was explained last Thursday 28 November, at a Press Conference at the International Press Center in Havana, by Rolando Julio Rensoli, president of the Organizing Committee of the event and secretary of the executive coordinating group of the Cuban Color program against racism and racial discrimination.
