On the afternoon of May 29, the Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, Ambassador Anayansi Rodriguez Camejo, met with a group of students from the Academy of Applied Sciences and Technology, located at the Bronx, a New York City neighborhood. The visit is part of the program sponsored by the Mayor’s Office, named NYC Junior Ambassadors, whose goal is to involve middle-school students in the work and objectives of the United Nations, from the privilege of having in the city the headquarters of the world organization.
