Cuban legislator Rolando González Patricio, participates, in his capacity as president of the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (PARLATINO), in the 2024 Parliamentary Hearing at the United Nations. With the theme “Ending conflicts: how to build a peaceful future”, the hearing is convened by the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the UN.
The sustainable development goals are increasingly further from being achieved, especially when financing wars and producing weapons is prioritized over investing in sustainable development, Cuba warned at United Nations.
