Antigua and Barbuda Expresses Gratitude to Cuba at Summit in Barbados
St. John, December 8th, 2022. Minister of Foreign Affairs, E.P. Chet Greene in his address at the 8th Cuba-CARICOM Summit in Barbados, expressed Antigua and Barbuda’s gratitude to the Republic of Cuba for its assistance during the covid-19 pandemic.
The Cuban government has provided seven additional scholarships for Antiguan and Barbudan students to pursue studies leading to medical degrees in Cuba next year.
Cuba makes more scholarships available to Antigua and Barbuda students
ST. JOHN’S, Antigua and Barbuda – 27th November, 2022……The Government of the Republic of Cuba has provided additional scholarships for Antiguan and Barbudan students to commence medical degree studies in Cuba in 2023.
President of the Republic of #Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, was received this Thursday by his counterpart from the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, they reviewed economic, commercial, financial and cooperation relations and agreed on the importance of reactivating them to bring them to the same level as political ties.
The 38th Havana International Fair (Fihav-2022) will open its doors today, for five days, at the ExpoCuba fairgrounds, with the participation of 62 countries and a large group of national companies, including new forms of non-state management, in addition to dozens of official delegations and business chambers.
As part of the event program, the V Business Forum will be held, dedicated to foreign investment, and in which the update of the Portfolio of business opportunities with the presence of foreign capital will be presented.
