He was received at Abuja's Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport by Ambassador Wahab Adekola Akande, Chief of Protocol of the Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Cuban Ambassador to Nigeria Miriam Morales Palmero.
