Cuban Ambassador to Singapore participated in the opening of Singapore Maritime Week

Singapore, March 24, 2025. The Cuban Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Lisbet Quesada, participated alongside around thirty Heads of Diplomatic Missions in the City-State in the opening of Singapore Maritime Week (SMW).

The annual event, organized by the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), is world-renowned for bringing together global maritime leaders. This year's theme, "Actions Meet Ambition," focuses on driving greater ambition in decarbonization and digitalization in the maritime sector.

Singapore, March 24th. Diplomatic Network Asia's annual magazine launched on March 22nd with interviews with 10 Ambassadors in Singapore, including Cuban Ambassador, Lisbet Quesada.

This excellent initiative by Singaporean journalist Tay Wan Leng and Ambassador Rodrigo Chiari, allows Embassies in the City-State to raise awareness of the benefits and opportunities our countries offer to all sectors in Singapore.

Ambassador of Cuba participates in the Annual Diplomatic Reception hosted by the President Tharman

Singapore, March 14, 2025. The Cuban Ambassador, H.E Lisbet Quesada Luna, participated in the Annual Diplomatic Reception hosted by President Tharman Shanmugaratnam for Ambassadors and Representatives of the Diplomatic Corps based in Singapore.

It was a great honor to also be joined by Prime Minister Lawrence Wong; Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong; and Minister of Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan.

It was an excellent opportunity to discuss relations between Singapore and the Latin American and Caribbean region.
