SUCCESFULL EUROPEAN ACTION DAYS AGAINST THE US-BLOCKADE ON CUBA
On November 29 and 30, Cubanismo.be, a Belgian solidarity organization, organized - in cooperation with representatives of the European solidarity movements with Cuba and with the GUE/NGL faction in the European Parliament in Brussels - two European Action Days against the US-blockade against Cuba. This was the first pan-European common action on this topic.
Kuala Lumpur, December 11 - The Philippines-Cuba Friendship Association (PCFS) paid tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, on the occasion of commemorating a year of his physical disappearance.
The talk was aimed at highlighting the life of the Cuban leader and his commitment to the oppressed peoples.
Participated in the event, members of the solidarity organization, and representatives of peasant organizations, women, youth, students and trade unionists, as well as the general secretary of the communist party PKP 1930.
A new round of migration talks was held between Cuban and US delegations, presided over respectively by Josefina Vidal Ferreiro, Director-General of the US Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and John Creamer, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs.
The Cuban delegation expressed deep concern over the negative impact that the unilateral, unfounded and politically motivated decisions adopted by the US Government in September and October of 2017 have on migration relations between both countries.

Limassol, December 11, 2017.- The MihoArt Gallery, located to the south of the capital Nicosia, was chosen as the venue for the presentation of the first painting exhibition by the Cuban artist Rodobaldo Hernandez Garcia, which will be open to the public until the 23rd of December.
