To you that I have known for years, always working in the multilateral diplomatic service, I congratulate you for your election to chair this 17th session of the General Conference.
Honorable Bai Lamin Jobe, Minister of Transport, Works and Infrastructure of the Gambia, MOTWI, welcomed the Cuban Ambassador to that country, Lázaro Herrera, with whom he held a fraternal exchange. MOTWI assumes, among others, functions similar to the Cuban Ministry of Construction.
