New Delhi, November 22, 2025- The world record holder of high jump, Javier Sotomayor, participated in the seventh edition of the Ekamra Sports Literature Festival held in New Delhi. In a day of discussions and exchanges with the press, Sotomayor held meetings with fans and invited athletes, among which stands the national record holder of the discipline Tajaswin Shankar, and other members of the local sports movement.

“The lives of all Cubans have been marked by the blockade,” President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez stated this Friday upon receiving Alena Douhan, Special Rapporteur of the UN Human Rights Council on the negative impacts of unilateral coercive measures.
The Cuban Presidency reported that the president highlighted Alena Douhan’s busy schedule in the country.
Colombo, November 21, 2025. Sri Lankan Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya received the Cuban Ambassador, Andrés Marcelo González Garrido, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic mission in the country.
