Cuba and Croatia strengthen their relations at the highest level

On the occasion of the visit as Non-resident Ambassador paid by His Excellency Mr. Juan Antonio Fernández Palacios, Ambassador of Cuba to the Republic of Croatia, to the capital of this European country; he was received at the President´s Office by the Chief of Protocol, Mrs. Tina Todtling, with whom he held a cordial meeting.

Sessions in Havana, Cuba-Slovenia Business Forum

As part of the working visit of His Excellency Mr. Ales Cantarutti, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology of the Republic of Slovenia, the Cuba-Slovenia business forum was held on Wednesday at the Melía Habana Hotel.

In the opening remarks, the Vice Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, Roberto López Hernández, highlighted Cuba's willingness to strengthen trade relations between both nations.

Cuba - Slovenia Business Forum will be held in Havana

The Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr. Aleš Cantarutti will pay a visit to Cuba from 26 to 31 March 2019. He will head a delegation from his country also composed of Ambassador Melita Gabrič; Ms. Maja Tomanič-Vidovič, Director of the Slovene Enterprise Fund; Mr. Iztok Grmek, Director of Economic Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; as well as representatives of the business sector.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba expresses its strongest condemnation of the declared intention of the United States government to recognize the occupied Syrian Golan as the territory of Israel, which constitutes a serious and flagrant violation of the Charter of Nations. United Nations, International Law and the relevant resolutions of the Security Council, in particular resolution 497 of 1981.
