The United Nations headquarters in Vienna is preparing to host, on March 14 and 15, the "Ministerial Segment of the Sixty-Second Session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs".
The ministerial meeting will aim to take stock of the implementation of all the commitments made by the international community in the previous decade to address and counteract the World Drug Problem.
Conga cubana opens the Latino Carnival in Viena
Cuban artists living in Austria staged a conga and colorful comparsa in the traditional stop that, as every year, leaves the Latin Carnival inaugurated that runs through the main streets of downtown Vienna.
Summoned by the popular Danzón dance hall of this city, the Cuban conga made the temperature rise in the usual cold Viennese atmosphere and dragged thousands of passersby after the overwhelming pace of the comparsa.
