Within the framework of the 2nd Vienna edition of the "Rosa Luxemburg" Conference, organized by leftist parties and organizations in Austria, a debate panel was dedicated to Cuba; entitled: "Cuba in good Constitution", referring to the recent process of Constitutional Reform in the Caribbean country.
