Ambassador of Cuba Juan Antonio Fernández Palacios initiates his visit to Eslovenia
Ljubljana, 8 October 2018. The Ambassador of Cuba to the Republic of Slovenia, Juan Antonio Fernández Palacios held a meeting with Mr. Matej Marn, Director-General for Common Foreign and Security Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia, as part of his visit to the capital of this European country.
During the meeting both parties reviewed the state of the bilateral relations and the cooperation in significant themes of the multilateral agenda related to the UN field and other International Agencies.
Homage to the heroic guerrilla fighter
The Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Austria in coordination with “ÖKG”, the Austria-Cuba Friendship Association and “Cuba Va”, the Association of Cuban Residents in Austria cordially extends an invitation to the Commemoration of the 51st anniversary of the death in battle of Ernesto Guevara, the heroic guerrilla fighter and his comrades.

Meetings with Cuban residents in Carinthia (Austria) and Slovenia
Political Counselor Marieta García Jordán and Consul Roberto Vizcaíno Martínez held meetings with Cuban residents in Carinthia (Austria) and Slovenia, as part of their working visit to both regions from 21 to 24 September.
These encounters were a suitable opportunity to provide extensive information on the Constitutional Reform process. Likewise, diverse consular and migratory topics were addressed, at the time that questions and concerns of general interest were answered.
First meeting between Presidents of Cuba and Croatia reaffirms the mutual willingness to continue strengthening the bilateral relations.
In the margins of his participation in the General Debate of the High-Level Segment of the 73 rd session of the United Nations General Assembly, the President of the Council of State and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez held a fraternal meeting with Her Excellency Ms. Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, President of the Republic of Croatia.
