Association of Cuban Residents in Austria donates medical supplies to a hospital in Cuba
Vienna, January 24, 2022. Members of the association of Cubans residing in Austria, CUBA VA and RITMO Tropical - Salsa Cubana with Luis Estevez, made a donation of medicines, expendable material, means of protection among other products necessary for medical assistance, to the “Lucia Iñiguez Landin” Surgical Clinical Hospital, in the province of Holguín.

The 63rd Anniversary of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution is celebrated in Austria
Vienna, January 4, 2022. The members of the board of the Austria-Cuba Friendship Association (ÖKG) and representatives of the Embassy of Cuba in this country, celebrated the 63rd Anniversary of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution at the headquarters of the solidarity organization “Havana Club”.

Cuba participates in the Vienna Book Fair
Vienna, November 13, 2021. Through a keynote videoconference by prominent Cuban author Francisco López Sacha, Cuba was present at the Vienna Book Fair, the most important literary event of the year in the Austrian capital. The Embassy of Cuba in Austria participated in the event, located at the Cervantes Institute in Vienna.
Cuba and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) sign the 2021-2025 Country Program
Vienna, October 14, 2021. At the United Nations headquarters in Vienna, the signing of the Cuba-UNIDO Country Program took place today, for the period 2021-2025. The Cuban side was represented by Ambassador Soraya Álvarez, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Cuba in Austria and the counterpart, by Ciyong Zou, managing director of the Directorate of Programs, Alliances and Coordination of UNIDO.
