Cuban Parliament dedicates an extraordinary session to ALBA-TCP

Cuba's National Assembly of People's Power, on its last day of debates this Wednesday, will have a moment dedicated to the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People's Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP).

 The extraordinary session will commemorate the 18th anniversary of the creation of the regional mechanism, as well as the years of cooperation, solidarity, and Latin American and Caribbean integration among the countries of the bloc.

Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Cuba and The Bahamas.

Nassau, 30th November 2022. Today marks the 48th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic relations between Cuba and The Commonwealth of the Bahamas, formalized on November 30th, 1974.

The Bahamas has historically supported Cuba in its fight for the elimination of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed on the Cuban people.

Russia and Cuba consolidate brotherly ties in the face of sanctions

Moscow, November 21, 2022.- Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said on Monday when meeting here with Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel that both countries are consolidating ties of brotherhood in the face of Western economic sanctions.

During the meeting, held in the framework of the Cuban president’s official visit to Russia, the Russian leader expressed gratitude for the presence of Cuban authorities and confirmed that this is another step to strengthen the common agenda.
