Minister Symmonds Welcomes New Cuban Ambassador
Barbados and Cuba’s 50 -year diplomatic relationship, based on unity, technical cooperation and respect, is poised to be further strengthened in areas of mutual interest.

Celebration for International Women's Day at the residence of Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley
As part of the activities in commemoration of International Women's Day in Barbados, the so-called "Tea Party" took place on March 11, at the residence of Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley, which was attended by the Ambassador of Cuba in Barbados, Yanet Stable, fulfilling an invitation from her Office.
One of the objectives of the event was to raise funds to support women who have been affected by the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic.
