Cooperation agreements strengthen Cuba-Cambodia relations
The signing of two cooperation agreements in the cultural and sports areas strengthens ties between Cambodia and Cuba, whose Prime Minister Manuel Marrero is on his second day of the official visit to Phnom Penh. The agreements were signed at the end of the official talks between Marrero and his counterpart Samdech Techo Hun Sen at the Peace Palace on Tuesday, in which they noted the progress in the bilateral relationship and ratified the commitment to continue strengthening it.
Cuban PM Lays Wreath at Independence Monument
Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz yesterday began his official three-day visit to Cambodia to boost ties between the two nations.His trip comes after Prime Minister Hun Sen paid a visit to Cuba last month which resulted in the signing of three Memoranda of Understandings. During the visit, Marrero Cruz will pay a courtesy call to King Norodom Sihamoni at the Royal Place, according to the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s statement. Prime Minister of Cuba Starts Official Visit in Cambodia
H.E. Manuel Marrero Cruz, Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba, began his three-day official visit in Cambodia this afternoon, at the invitation of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. According to a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, during the visit, H.E. Manuel Marrero Cruz will be granted a Royal Audience by His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, at the Royal Palace
