A Night with the Rolling Stones at the Ottawa Latin American Film Festival
Cuba was present at the 28th edition of the Ottawa Latin American Film Festival with the screening of the film “A Night with the Rolling Stones”.
The event was honored with the participation of the director and screenwriter of the film, Patricia Ramos Hernández, who made a masterful presentation of her work and spoke with the audience.
The room was filled with applause and emotions with the presentation of this film, which has been nominated and has won several national and international awards

Film “A Night with the Rolling Stones” returns to Toronto, kicking off an extensive tour of Canada by its director and screenwriter, Patricia Ramos, representing contemporary Cuban cinema.
The Cuban film, which intertwines music, memory and identity, was once again enjoyed in Tronto through the CineForum space, organized by LATAFF in collaboration with the Consulate General of Cuba in this city.
Cuban film heritage and architecture
The University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) hosted a conference dedicated to Cuba's film heritage and architecture.
Representatives of the Cuban Embassy in Canada, the Consulate General in Montreal and the Office of the Historian of Havana attended the meeting, highlighting the ties that unite both countries as well as the values of our culture.
Children's Party in Ottawa
In a festive atmosphere and with the joy that characterizes children, the Cuban Embassy in Canada hosted this Saturday a “Cuban Children's Party” to celebrate April 4th.
The participants, children of Cuban residents, members of the Association of Cuban Residents in Ottawa-Gatineau, relatives of supportive friends and the Embassy staff, enjoyed the rhythm of children's songs, games of participation and knowledge that highlighted Cuban traditions.
