Havana, Aug 22 (Prensa Latina) Cuban pianist and composer Alejandro Falcón today expressed satisfaction for sharing the rich rhythm of the island's music at the Jazz Festival of the Giant Steppes of Ulán Bator, the Mongolian capital.
It is always an honor for me to take Cuban music to all possible places in the world and work to put it up, the virtuous young man told Prensa Latina, thanking him for the opportunity to participate in the event scheduled for August 25-28, in its thirteenth edition.
The performance of the Cuban group Jóvenes Clásicos del Son at the Gabala Music Festival in Azerbaijan was highlighted by more than a dozen Azeri media.

SYRIA, April 27, 2017.- The Embassy of Cuba in Syria held a friendly exchange with professors and students of the Hispanic Center of the University of Damascus, in commemoration of the 5th Anniversary of its creation.
The meeting was attended by government officials, Baath Party and Syrian Parliament, Spanish-speaking representatives of the Diplomatic Corps and International Organizations accredited in Damascus as well as Syrian professionals graduated in Cuba and Cuban citizens residing in Syria.

Cuban contemporary dancers, Yuleisy Linares and Yunier Hernandez, both teachers and soloists of the JJ Traditional Dance Company, participated as special guests in the artistic cultural festival organized by the Israel Lovel Foundation to celebrate its 25th Anniversary in Bridgetown during the second half of August. Their outstanding performance was highlighted by the Barbadian press having a rave review.
