During the meeting, the Ambassador provided a detailed presentation of the Cuban Agency for Social and Humanistic Sciences (AXIS), which operates under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA). The various possibilities for collaboration with each of the institutes that make up AXIS were explored, generating great interest among Cypriot academics.
