Day of the National Culture of Cuba

Addis Ababa, October 20, 2020.  The Day of the National Culture of Cuba was celebrated in Ethiopia in reduced formats.

The Cuban diplomats sang at the Embassy the National Anthem, while the Cuban doctors working at St. Paul Hospital did the same at their premises, in demonstration of their feelings for the homeland.

The Ethio-Cubans shown also their knowledge of the Cuban National Anthem because of the period they studied in Cuba in different schools.

Terrorism affects all of us and it must be fought in all its forms and manifestations

The fight against terrorism has become one of the most important concerns of the United Nations, which has adopted several resolutions on the matter. The members of the community of nations have joined in the outright condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and agree that in order to be successful in its eradication, double standards, manipulation, selectivity and political opportunism must be eliminated.

Cuba to start the recovery stage after COVID-19

Havana, 18 June 2020.  Thirteen provinces of Cuba and the special municipality Isle of Juth will start today the first phase of the first recovery stage after COVID-19.  Havana and Matanzas provinces will not start the recovery today but are working to get the authorization soon.
