Ghanaian Foreign Minister receives Cuban Ambassador.

Accra, August 23, 2023-The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic of Ghana, Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuban, H.E. Mrs. Anette Chao García, at the headquarters of her institution.

 

During the meeting, the top Ghanaian official conveyed to the representative of the Caribbean Island the willingness of Ghana to support the largest of the Antilles in its battle to lift the Economic, Commercial and Financial Blockade imposed on Cuba by the United States of America.

 

Cuban Ambassador to Ghana receives daughters of former President Rawlings.

 

Accra, August 22nd, 2023 - Talking about the history of relations between Ghana and Cuba fills one with joy, especially if it contains wonderful moments such as the meetings between men of great caliber such as Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz and Flight Lieutenant Jerry John Rawlings.

Accra, August 22nd, 2023.- The Board of the Cuban Trained Association, headed by its President, Phillip Bentil, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Ghana where they held a meeting with its Ambassador, Anette Chao García.

 

Cuban Ambassador to Ghana meets with the Minister of Health of Ghana.

Accra, August 16, 2023 - Since 1959 Cuba and Ghana have established diplomatic relations and, since 1983, exchanges in the health sector have been established. At present, the two parties are working for their diversification and the Honorable Kwaku Agyeman-Manu, Minister of Health of the Republic of Ghana received H.E. Mrs. Anette Chao Garcia, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to this African country.

 

Cuban State Mission in Ghana Celebrates ceremony in commemoration of the National Rebellion Day.

Accra, July 26, 2023: "That daybreak of July 26th stepped into history; the Apostle did not die, the youthful Generación Del Centenario (Generation of the Centennial) was responsible, with its deeds, for vindicating his thoughts."

 

With this remark, the State Mission of the Republic of Cuba in Ghana began the celebration of the National Rebellion Day, on its 70th anniversary. Present for the occasion, was the staff of the medical mission in the Accra region and the workers of the embassy.
