Cuban Ambassador presents letters of credence to the President of Ghana.

 

 

Ambassador Anette Chao García presented to the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the letters of credence accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba in this African country.

 

The solemn ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace of this capital in the presence of the Foreign Minister, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey. Mercedes Suarez Orama, head of the Cuban Medical Brigade, attended the ceremony on behalf of Cuba.

 

Cuban Ambassador to Ghana holds virtual courtesy meeting with her Chinese counterpart.

 

November 24, 2021 - Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Ghana, Anette Chao Garcia, holds a courtesy meeting by virtual modality with her counterpart of the People's Republic of China, comrade Lu Kun.

 

This was one of the meetings held by the Cuban official after her arrival in the African country which, among other interests, seeks rapprochement with the members of the Chinese Embassy in Accra due to the ties of friendship between both nations, Cuba and China.

 

High Commissioner of South Africa receives Cuban Ambassador to Ghana

Accra, November 16, 2021 - the High Commissioner of the Republic of South Africa to the Republic of Ghana, Grace Jeanet Mason, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Ghana, Anette Chao Garcia, on a courtesy call. During the friendly meeting, the two diplomats discussed the strong ties that exist between their two nations and ways to enhance employment opportunities in Ghana.

The ambassador appointed by the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Ghana, Anette Chao García, held a meeting with H.E. Mrs. Frances Virginia Anderson, ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone, based in Accra.

 

 

The meeting was an invaluable opportunity to exchange on the experiences lived in Ghana, and to finalize the details for the realization of the next Health Day to, be held in the town of Santa Maria, in Accra.

Welcoming of new members of the Cuban Medical Brigade in Ghana.

 

Accra, November 11, 2021 - Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Ghana, Anette Chao García, receives at the Kotoka International Airport, the 5 collaborators that complete the Cuban Medical Brigade in Ghana. The collaborators, coming from Las Tunas, Granma and Havana, are getting ready to carry out their functions in different districts of the country. The Ambassador was accompanied by Dr. Mercedes Suarez Orama, head of the Medical Brigade.
