Ghana's Minister of Health highlights work done by the Cuban Medical Brigade

The Minister of Health of Ghana, Mr. Kwaku Agyeman-Manu led the farewell activity to the Cuban Medical Brigade (CMB), which in the last five years provided its assistance services in Ghana.

 

In his words, the Minister recognized the work carried out by the Cuban doctors, and especially recognized the tireless work carried out by the Head of the CMB, Dr. Ana Lubín García, who at all times maintained a cohesive work with the country's health authorities.

 

Leadership of the National Democratic Congress party dismisses the Cuban Ambassador

The leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) held a farewell activity to the Ambassador of Cuba to Ghana, Pedro Luis Despaigne González.

 

The Cuban ambassador was recognized for having shown himself to be a faithful friend of Ghana and for having known how to channel relations, even at a time when there were changes in the country's political direction. From the hands of Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, NDC´s General Secretary, the Cuban diplomat received a letter of recognition.

 

Ghana Trades Union Congress presents recognition to the Cuban Ambassador

Dr. Anthony Yaw Baah, Secretary General of the Trades Union Congress (Ghana) (TUC), presented an Certificate of Appreciation to the Ambassador of Cuba, Pedro Luis Despaigne González in recognition of his efforts towards strengthening the cooperation between workers of both countries. The presentation took place at the TUC´s headquarters during the Steering Committee session, with the presence of the main leaders of the 28 unions that make it up.
