Cuban Ambassador Meets with Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs
The Cuban Ambassador, Dr. Indira López Arguelles, met with Acting Minister Her Excellency Ms. Ethel Davis, during which they discussed the sessions at the United Nations, the complex energy situation in Cuba caused by the U.S. energy blockade, and the resilience of the Cuban people, who—despite severe economic hardships—have resumed the school year with a reorganization of university campuses for higher education, while the youngest members of families remain full of enthusiasm.
