Ambassador of Cuba received by the Governor of Sarawak
Kuala Lumpur, September 28- The ambassador of the Republic of Cuba into Malaysia, Ibete Fernández Hernández, was received in audience by the governor of Sarawak H.E. Tun Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud.
During the meeting the Cuban diplomat offered updated information about Cuba and about the state of bilateral relations. The parties also discussed the possibilities of collaboration and exchange of experiences in the sectors of biotechnology and agriculture, one of the most important sectors of the economy of the state.
Ambassador of Cuba meets with second foreign and trade minister of Brunei
Kuala Lumpur, September 18- The Ambassador of Cuba to Brunei, Ibete Fernández Hernández, met with the Minister II of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Brunei, Dato Seri Paduka Erywan Yusof, at the headquarters of the Bruneian ministry.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the state of bilateral relations and ratified the will to develop concrete actions to strengthen them.
At the meeting, the Cuban ambassador delivered to the minister an invitation letter to make an official visit Cuba, which was received with pleasure.
