Tribute to Commandante Fidel Castro Ruz on 5th anniversary of his death
Five years ago on November 25, 2016, the man who became the most understanding leader born in the 20th century, Fidel Castro Ruz, passed away in his homeland, Cuba. He was 90 years of age at the time of his death and had been ailing for some time which had led him to give up the leadership of his country eight years before.

The protests in Cuba last weekend, fueled by unlawful imperialist economic sanctions, and carried out by a small minority in a nation of 11 million people, in relation to certain shortages of commodities for life and living, bring into focus again the remarkable and heroic achievements of the Cuban people and their Revolution despite monumental challenges.
Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines signs Legal Cooperation Agreement with Cuba.
Kingstown, February 23. The Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and the Cuban Ambassador to the island, José M. Leyva Ventura today signed a cooperation agreement on legal assistance.
The signed document is a reflection of the excellent state of bilateral relations and the will of both governments to continue strengthening them. In his words, the Cuban diplomat thanked the people and authorities of Venezuela for the solidarity shown during all these years.
