Executives of the Irish Exporters Association welcomed the members of the Cuban delegation composed of officials of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Investment, and of the National Office of Statistics and Information in the final phase of their work visit to Ireland, destined to the exchange of experiences in the activity of the foreign trade, its expansion and statistical registry of the exportation income to the national economy.

On its third working day in Ireland, the delegation composed of officials from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, and the National Bureau of Statistics and Information, developed an interesting working session with experts from the Central Statistics Offices and Statistics Section of the Central Bank of Ireland, during which both parties exchanged information on the main tools used in each country to capture the statistical information provided by the foreign trade activity, both goods and services.

Taking into consideration the immense possibilities of the Cuban biopharmaceutical industry, for the export and the necessity of its insertion in global chains, as well as the alliances for the co-development of products and foreign investment, an exchange was held with Matt Moran, Director of Biopharmachem Ireland (Ibec), an Irish association of companies in the biotechnology sector that brings together national and multinational companies.
