The "Bangkok Club" celebrates the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and #Cuba
Organized by Dr. Siriya Celia Sophonpanich, President of the "Bangkok Club" and the Embassy of the Republic of #Cuba in Thailand, on June 7th, 2018 an emotional and fruitful gathering took place in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of relations diplomatic relations between the Kingdom and the Caribbean nation.

Thailand honors the 90th birthday of Ernesto Guevara de la Serna (Che), on June 14th, 2018.
On this historic occasion of special relevance, the Golden Leaves Press, the GYPSY Group of Thailand and the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba to the Kingdom will be launching next October, at the famous and popular "Bangkok Book Fair", the Thai-language edition of the wonderful book “Remembering Che: My Life with Che Guevara”, a love story written in her own words by his loving wife Aleida March.

THE US BLOCKADE AGAINST #CUBA PERSISTS AND VIOLATES THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE CUBAN PEOPLE
The US economic, commercial and financial blockade against #Cuba is rejected and condemned by the international community for its unjust, extraterritorial and genocidal character. Since 1992, 26 UN Resolutions have been adopted with universal rejection to that illegal practice.
The blockade against Cuba has been enforced for more than 56 years against the small developing island state and maintains full strength in flagrant violation of International Law, according to Article II of the Geneva Convention and the Charter of the United Nations.
Maduro wins the presidential elections with more than 60 percent of the vote
Nicolás Maduro Moros won a second term at the helm of Venezuela after winning the presidential election this Sunday with more than 5,823,728 million votes, representing 67.7 percent of the vote.
With a participation percentage of 48 percent, the candidate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) will remain for another six years at the Miraflores Palace.
Opposition candidate Henri Falcón was second in the presidential race, with more than 1.8 million ballots (21.1 percent). Before knowing the result, the candidate of Alliance Progresista (AP) ignored the results.
