Committee of Grenadian Graduates expresses solidarity with Cuba in the face of the U.S. blockade

A meeting was held at the Cuban Embassy in Grenada between officials from the diplomatic mission and members of the Committee of Graduates in Cuba, led by Ambassador Yadirys Echenique Paz, Consul Ariel Pazos Ortiz, and the Committee’s coordinator, Malachy Dottin. 

During the meeting, the diplomatic officials provided a detailed briefing on Cuba’s current situation to the former students in attendance, who expressed their concern over the latest escalation in U.S. hostility toward the largest island in the Caribbean.

Cuba honors the Grenadian Revolution and the legacy of anti-Imperialist leaders

Cuban Ambassador to Grenada, Yadirys Echenique Paz, participated this Sunday in the commemorative event organized by the Ex-PRA and Patriots Welfare Association to mark the 47th anniversary of the Grenadian Revolution. The event also provided an opportunity for representatives of the Grenadian people to express their solidarity with Cuba.

Cuban Ambassador speaks at commemoration of the anniversary of the Grenadian Revolution

The Cuban Embassy in Grenada held a commemorative event for the 47th anniversary of the triumph of the Grenadian Revolution and the centenary of the birth of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz. In her welcoming remarks, Ambassador Yadirys Echenique Paz highlighted the historical significance of the relationship between Cuba and Grenada, marked by the brotherhood and solidarity that have united both Caribbean peoples.
