The Grenadian outlet highlighted that, according to the Cuban official, there is indeed a direct dialogue channel with the United States, though without significant results, as each approach is followed by new sanctions against the Island.

During the meeting, the Cuban diplomat conveyed greetings from Cuba’s Minister of Construction (MICONS), René Mesa Villafaña, and highlighted the positive state of cooperation between the two nations in the field of infrastructure.
