Addis Ababa, April 29, 2025.- The Ambassador of Cuba to the African Union, Mr. Lucas D. Hernández Polledo, participated on Tuesday in an important meeting convened by the African Union (AU) Commission, through the AU Partners Group (AUPG), to officially present the recently elected Vice-President of the Commission, H.E. Ms. Selma Malika Haddadi.

Ms. Nonceba Losi, received this Wednesday at the headquarters of her diplomatic mission the Ambassadors of the Republic of Cuba to the African Union, Lucas Domingo Hernández Polledo, and to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Meylin Suárez Álvarez.
Addis Ababa, April 23, 2025.- The Ambassadors of Cuba to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Union, H.E. Meylin Suárez Álvarez and H.E. Lucas D. Hernández, paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe in Addis Ababa, where they were warmly received by the Zimbabwean Ambassador, H.E. Sophia Nyamudeza.
Addis Ababa, April 18, 2025.- The Ambassador of Cuba to Ethiopia and concurrent to South Sudan, Ms. Meylin Suárez Álvarez, held a cordial meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of South Sudan, H.E. Mr. Monday Semaya Kumba, who was in Addis Ababa fulfilling an official work agenda.
