Pujol, attended the signing of the Book of Condolences opened at the Embassy of Liberia in Ghana's capital on the occasion of the death of Ambassador Sylvester M. Grigsby, former Minister of State for Presidential Affairs and former Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia.

Accra, 18 August, 2025. - Today, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Ghana, Julio Enrique Pujol Torres, received the Deputy Director of the Protocol Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ghana, Ms Salamatu Yakubu, at the Cuban diplomatic mission to discuss the upcoming event ‘Family Day with the Diplomatic Community’.
The two officials also exchanged views on other bilateral issues, within the framework of the excellent historical relations between our two countries..

Pujol Torres, together with members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in the country, took part in the ceremony for the delivery of a donation, consisting of two 40-foot containers of Ghanaian chocolate to the people of Palestine, who are suffering from the brutal genocide perpetrated by the Government of Israel.
