Lebanese Parliament expresses support and solidarity with Cuba

The Secretary General of the Lebanese Parliament, Adnan Daher, received Ambassador Jorge León Cruz, who handed over the Declarations of the National Assembly of People's Power and the Ministry of Relations of the Republic of Cuba expressing serious concern over the escalation of violence between Israel and Palestine, which is the consequence of 75 years of permanent violation of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people and Israel's aggressive and expansionist policy.

The Director of the Americas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon, Sawsan Awad received Ambassador Jorge Leon Cruz, who handed over a letter from the Minister of Relations of the Republic of Cuba addressed to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon and held a positive meeting in which they reviewed the excellent level of bilateral and multilateral relations between the two countries.

Mr. Majdi Ramadan, Director General for Multilateral Affairs of the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, received Ambassador Jorge León Cruz, and held a fruitful meeting in which they reviewed the excellent level of bilateral and multilateral relations between the two countries.

Both parties valued as very positive the prospects for deepening coordination in multilateral forums and international events.
