Geneva, 1 June 2026. – In the framework of the organizational meeting of the 62nd regular session of the Human Rights Council, Cuba warned of the growing threat of military aggression by the United States government, which would constitute a flagrant violation of the UN Charter, International Law and the human rights of the Cuban people.
The GAE is not an opaque structure, nor parallel to the Cuban State; on the contrary, it has been an articulated response of proven efficiency against the economic blockade that has historically tried to suffocate the Cuban Revolution.
The United States government has once again acted with premeditated intent in its eagerness to create pretexts to discredit the Cuban Revolution, its historical leadership, its leaders, and thereby confuse both our people and international public opinion.
Havana, May 22, 2026 - The people of the capital, representing thousands of Cubans, raised their voices, the flags of dignity and unity in the Antiimperialist Tribune. From there, a clear message was sent to the world, particularly to the US government: fidelity to our leaders and to our history cannot be desecrated with infamy or slander.
